Frequently Asked Questions
Why is Wave more expensive than my current pre-workout?
We did not cut any corners when it came to making our product. Wave is made in a state-of-the-art FDA inspected and GMP certified facility here in the US. Our formula is clinically dosed for every single ingredient. You're not just geting an energy drink, you're getting a comprehensive supplement that can replace 7+ bottles of pills in your cabinet. We try to offer an aggressive subscription discount to honor loyal customers.
How were the ingredients chosen?
We crafted our formula based on the most proven ingredients to address the common needs of the fitness community: combatting fatigue, accelerating body composition improvement, and providing a healthy and sustainable energy and focus boost. We focused on supplements that have some of the most compelling clinical trial data to support these goals.
Is it suitable for daily use?
Yes - Wave can be taken every day! Most clinical trials are based on daily use.
How much caffeine is in Wave?
Our product has 150mg of caffeine -- roughly equivalent to a medium-sized coffee, or two shots of espresso.
For reference, the FDA puts the limit for caffeine consumption at 400mg a day. So you can enjoy Wave with other caffeinated beverages throughout the day, and still be consuming a safe amount.
Why do I feel a 'tingling' sensation when I take Wave?
Beta-Alanine is a popular product in pre-workouts because it helps with muscular endurance -- allowing you to work out harder, for longer. It's one of the most essential supplements to take if you want to have better workouts and feel less fatigued towards the end. When taken in larger amounts it has a harmless tingling effect called Paresthesia. There's no need to be alarmed, although we understand it may be uncomfortable for people who haven't taken a pre-workout supplement before.
Is Wave vegan?
Wave is NOT vegan. Our KSM-66® Ashwagandha uses an Ayurvedic extraction process that involves soaking pre-treating the Ashwagandha roots with milk. For this reason, it contains milk constituents.
